As we fixed and remodeled the house, Joanne had suggestions for flooring, paint, pricing, staging, etc. When we put the house on the market, she had a weekend showing that resulted in a buyer offering our asking price which we accepted. We appreciated the hand-holding throughout the process and were very excited to have an immediate offer. Working with Joanne was a pleasure and we received excellent input.
